What you will do

• Provide HSE support to operational sites and ensure contractual HSE requirements and plans are implemented.
• Prepare HSE documentation and support compliance with CDM 2015 across construction projects.
• Support incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action closeout.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk-assessment reviews, and safety conversations on site.
• Deliver HSE inductions, refresher training, mentoring, coaching, and toolbox briefings.
• Monitor HSE performance indicators, report deficiencies, and support continual improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in auditing and inspections, incident management and investigation, and HSE legislation.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations, management system standards, and improvement planning.
• At least two years of industrial services sector experience.
• Coaching and training skills.
• NEBOSH General Certificate required.
• Membership of IOSH.
