Senior Business Partner (iGaming)

Location: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, or Ukraine. Work remotely or from offices in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, and Yerevan.

What you will do

• Implement and manage the full cycle of HR processes for assigned teams.
• Support managers through onboarding, training, performance management, employee development, and retention activities.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and identify team needs, then coordinate appropriate actions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly HR reports and provide monthly analytics to managers.
• Handle executive requests, adapt policies and procedures to team needs, and improve HR processes.
• Develop initiatives, events, and ideas that strengthen team spirit, corporate culture, and the employer brand.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist, preferably in a digital, iGaming, affiliate, or fast-growing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with the full employee lifecycle, performance management, engagement, retention, succession planning, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with HR analytics, data-driven recommendations, HRIS platforms, automation systems, and modern HR technologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
