What you will do
- Calculate taxes for approximately 80 foreign entities during hard close and year-end closing.
- Prepare notes for consolidated financial statements and perform tax filing true-ups.
- Act as the primary contact for tax software providers, resolve technical issues, and request system updates.
- Maintain and improve LucaNet TCR, including mapping, master data, and process enhancements.
- Evaluate tax technology opportunities, including AI applications, and coordinate with auditors, IT support, Group Reporting, and accounting stakeholders.
- Handle tax-related projects and develop solutions for national and international HR-tax cases.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Tax, or Tax Administration.
- Approximately three years of experience in a tax consultancy firm or corporate tax department.
- Fluent German and English.
- Strong interest in technology-driven tax solutions.
- Experience supporting tax matters involving HR, Payroll, Compliance, Travel Management, expatriates, and individuals with limited tax liability.
