Key Accounts Manager (Abrasive Systems)

Location: Gurgaon, India; extensive outstation travel of approximately 10–15 days per month is required.

What you will do

• Sustain existing business and develop new industrial accounts in the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales and new-product targets while supporting collections.
• Manage key accounts through direct sales and channel management, increasing account penetration.
• Identify and influence key decision-makers across industrial customers.
• Implement technical and marketing activities, including hands-on product demonstrations.
• Track market intelligence and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Engineering or graduate degree, preferably with a management qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial product sales and key account management.
• Experience managing large industrial accounts such as automotive, engineering, steel, and public-sector companies.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, process-driven execution, and value-selling skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and conduct hands-on demonstrations.
• Ability to work under pressure with a strong execution-focused approach.
