Data & AI Solutions Trainee

Location: Singapore; in-person collaboration is prioritized

What you will do

• Support data collection, cleansing, transformation, preprocessing, validation, and quality assurance for analytics and AI/ML projects.
• Develop and test data pipelines, ETL processes, database queries, and data extraction tasks.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal and client-facing projects.
• Participate in machine learning model development, testing, and evaluation under supervision.
• Research emerging AI, machine learning, and data engineering technologies and document technical processes and project findings.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Solution Architects, Consultants, and cross-functional teams on enterprise AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
• No prior working experience; applicants must be recent graduates or meet the specified National Service eligibility conditions.
• Graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026, or graduated earlier and completed National Service in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in at least two relevant areas, such as Python, SQL, React, Node, databases, AI frameworks, cloud platforms, ETL, data warehousing, Git, or GitHub.
• Must be available for the full six-month, full-time traineeship.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Replit, or Claude Code.
• Knowledge of n8n, LangChain, or other AI orchestration frameworks.
• Exposure to Unity 3D or Unreal Engine.
