Senior Data Scientist (LLM)

Location: Singapore; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Work with large-scale multilingual corpora across text, audio, and image modalities.
• Build datasets for continual pre-training, post-training, supervised fine-tuning, RLHF, DPO, and benchmark evaluation.
• Contribute to multilingual LLM training, scaling, alignment, and state-of-the-art research for efficient operations.
• Improve safety alignment and guardrail systems for responsible and culturally appropriate model behavior.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deploy production-grade LLM-powered solutions.
• Identify impactful AI use cases and track advances in frontier models and training methodologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and voice.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Experience applying deep learning to business problems and deploying models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud or Tencent Cloud.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field, plus strong communication and technical documentation skills.
