Applications Developer (Python)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications.
• Consume, transform, and update data between systems using integration software.
• Write software scripts, programs, and applications based on business and end-user requirements.
• Design, run, and monitor performance tests and resolve errors or improvement areas.
• Prepare technical documentation and status reports, and train end users on new or modified programs.
• Research application development technologies and coordinate efficient implementation with external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Business, or a closely related field.
• Two years of experience in software programming.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in Snowflake or another cloud-based data platform.
• Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, ETL processes, data science, analytics, and machine learning workflows.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and end-user support skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with hardware configuration.
