Data Platforms Engineer Summer 2027 Intern (Data Engineering)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain data products that feed business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with data and business teams to deliver data products for supply chain operations.
• Support data strategy and scalable, long-term data platform architecture.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Create feature branches and write unit, integration, and quality assurance tests through pull requests.
• Create, monitor, and troubleshoot orchestration flows and data pipelines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Knowledge of IT operations and best practices.
• Experience with or knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in DevOps and the basic project development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, documentation, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with or knowledge of Prefect, Snowflake, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Microsoft CRM, Astronomer, Spark, Git, dbt, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SQL.
