Enterprise Architect (AI)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia

Base salary: €2,200–€3,700 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Define AI use cases, transformation roadmaps, target architectures, blueprints, and transition plans.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures covering business, application, data, model, integration, security, evaluation, observability, and production deployment.
• Translate business strategy into aligned capabilities, application landscapes, data models, technology platforms, and operating models.
• Lead architecture ownership across AI programs from strategy and concept through implementation, production readiness, and operational ownership.
• Drive standardization, reusable patterns, build-versus-buy assessments, architecture governance, design authority, and quality assurance.
• Address Responsible AI, privacy, security, model risk, human oversight, auditability, regulatory, resilience, and enterprise risk requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise, solution, or technology architecture, or transformation roles within complex, matrixed, or global organizations.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing production-grade AI solutions beyond prompt-only agents, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, agents, tool use, and AI evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, operating models, standards, reference architectures, and design authority processes.
• Experience defining and delivering target architectures and evaluating technology choices across quality, risk, scalability, latency, resilience, reuse, and cost.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior stakeholders.
• Role location: Bratislava, Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, AI security and privacy patterns, observability, model monitoring, Responsible AI controls, and production readiness.
• Experience using architecture inventories, repositories, and portfolio information to identify patterns, gaps, reuse opportunities, and governance insights.
• Relevant AI, cloud, data, security, or architecture certifications.
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
