Senior Enterprise Architect (AI)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia

Base salary: EUR 3,400–5,700 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Define AI strategies, target architectures, transformation roadmaps, blueprints, and transition plans with business domains.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures covering applications, data, models, integrations, security, evaluation, observability, and production deployment.
• Lead architecture delivery from strategy and concept through implementation, production readiness, and operational ownership.
• Define AI standards, reference architectures, reusable patterns, and governance processes for safe and scalable delivery.
• Assess build-versus-buy and platform choices across value, risk, scalability, latency, resilience, and total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with domain architects, business stakeholders, technology teams, and risk partners while mentoring the architecture community.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise, solution, or technology architecture, or transformation roles within complex, matrixed, or global organizations.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing production-grade AI solutions involving LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector search, agents, tool use, model selection, lifecycle management, and AI evaluation.
• Expertise in MLOps/LLMOps, AI security and privacy patterns, observability, model monitoring, Responsible AI controls, and production readiness.
• Experience defining and governing target architectures for complex, cross-domain transformation initiatives, including architecture frameworks, governance models, and Design Authority processes.
• Strong stakeholder influencing skills and experience advising senior business and technology leaders on enterprise-level investment and transformation decisions.
• Work location: Bratislava, Slovakia.

Nice to have

• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
• Certifications in AI, cloud, data, security, or architecture.
• Experience with architecture inventories and repositories for portfolio insights, reuse, and governance.
• Experience mentoring architects and contributing to architecture community development.
