Customer Service Associate

Location: Singapore; hybrid working with 2–3 days in the office

What you will do

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and systems.
• Handle telephone complaints, customer concerns, and critical situations such as examination emergencies.
• Build customer relationships through clear and interactive communication.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and other teams to resolve inquiries and improve resolution times.
• Escalate cases when necessary and follow the Customer Service Operations Framework.
• Identify customer trends and recommend service improvements.

Requirements

• Degree-level education.
• Proven customer support experience and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, call-handling, active listening, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Fluent English and native-level French or Spanish, according to business requirements.
• Ability to develop a strong understanding of a broad range of products, services, and systems.
