Perfumery Assistant (Fragrance)

What you will do

• Accurately weigh formulas and prepare trial oils, dilutions, IPCs, samples, and smelling strips for testing and perfumer approval.
• Manage raw and packaging material orders, urgent requests, and stock refreshes through SAP.
• Create and track application tasks in SAP according to perfumer instructions.
• Maintain records of perfumer creations and trial oils using Excel.
• Check material consistency from the Jurong plant, including color, odor, and physical state.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and equipment functionality, report abnormalities and near-miss incidents, and prioritize tasks for junior assistants.

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemical or another relevant discipline.
• Basic compounding knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAP tools for logistics and material requests.
• Knowledge of safety practices and good housekeeping.
• Basic computer knowledge.
