What you will do

• Provide technical support for infrastructure services and respond to operational issues.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and service delivery tasks under supervision.

• Maintain incident logs, records, and other infrastructure documentation.
• Apply problem-solving skills while developing technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to stay current with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
