Junior Analytics Insight Executive

Location: Bogota, Colombia; onsite attendance required once per week

What you will do

• Analyze clients’ businesses to identify commercial opportunities, threats, and strategic insights.
• Anticipate account risks and recommend potential solutions to the associated manager.
• Manage commercial relationships and respond to customer requirements.
• Maintain administrative control of client accounts.
• Train clients on hirify.global methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in management, marketing, commercial, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in mass consumption, consulting, retail, or a related area.
• Analytical mindset with effective sales and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare presentations and understand macroeconomic scenarios.
• Advanced English required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills are desirable.
