Business Analyst [Delivery] Colombia (Fintech)

Company

A fintech company building a bank from scratch in Colombia and scaling physical card delivery across the country.

What you will do

• Analyze problematic card delivery cases, identify patterns, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage communication with postal partners, resolve incidents, document outcomes, and follow up on commitments.
• Identify and scope new postal operator functionality, negotiate requirements, and support integration improvements.
• Gather ambassador feedback through interviews, surveys, and support ticket analysis.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements for the development team.
• Audit inventory tracking, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements for transparent and automated stock movement tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or operations in fintech, banking, or logistics.
• Strong process thinking and the ability to diagnose operational problems end to end.
• Experience working with external partners or vendors, including communication, negotiation, and follow-through.
• Experience designing business processes using BPMN 2.0 or an equivalent method and documenting requirements through user stories, acceptance criteria, or BRDs.
• Native or advanced Spanish and B2+ English for communication with local postal representatives and international teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and basic SQL or spreadsheets.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LATAM markets.
• Experience in postal or courier logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
• Experience using Python, NumPy, and pandas for data analysis.
