Senior Director, Portfolio Reporting & Analytics (AI/ML)

Salary: $233,000–$285,000 USD base pay annually

What you will do

• Design, build, and scale enterprise reporting, analytics, and insights capabilities across the clinical development portfolio.
• Establish a single source of truth for study, program, and portfolio performance.
• Deliver trusted insights on timelines, costs, quality, predictability, and resource utilization.
• Implement modern operational data infrastructure and advanced descriptive-to-prescriptive analytics, including AI and machine learning.
• Develop country and site intelligence to improve study delivery and portfolio execution.
• Lead resource management, capacity planning, operating model development, change management, and adoption.

Requirements

• Strategic enterprise leadership across portfolio reporting, analytics, and insights.
• Experience building operational data infrastructure and analytics methodologies for clinical development portfolios.
• Ability to partner with R&D, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Commercial, Finance, HR/Workforce Planning, and IT/Digital.
• Experience applying AI and machine learning to prescriptive insights and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work onsite in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States.
