Sr Office Administrator

Location: Onsite in Brainerd, Minnesota, United States

Pay: $17.84–$28.85 per hour

What you will do

• Provide clerical and administrative support for manager-level or district staff operations.
• Perform typing, data entry, data review, and routine office procedures.
• Use Microsoft Office, web-based applications, phones, copiers, and fax equipment.
• Respond to customer and employee requests professionally.
• Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Mentor, coach, and serve as a knowledge resource for other employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years of experience in clerical support or a related area.
• Two of those years as an Office Administrator II or equivalent administrative experience supporting a manager-level or district staff position.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Customer service, verbal and written communication, time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
