Field Reimbursement Manager - Neurology (Mid South)

What you will do

• Develop and execute account-specific access and reimbursement plans supporting product launch, site-of-care optimization, and sustained patient access.
• Educate healthcare providers about patient support services and collaborate on patient onboarding, therapy initiation, and ongoing treatment.
• Partner with Sales, Patient Services, Account Directors, and Medical to align access strategies and remove barriers to therapy initiation.
• Coordinate provider offices, specialty pharmacies, infusion sites, and other stakeholders across distribution and treatment pathways.
• Guide healthcare professionals through prior authorizations, denials, appeals, payer site-of-care restrictions, coding updates, and REMS communication.
• Monitor payer policy, distribution pathway, and launch changes while managing coverage of the assigned field reimbursement territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in biopharma reimbursement, market access, or field-based access roles within a matrix environment.
• At least 2 years of direct reimbursement experience supporting medical-benefit therapies; buy-and-bill experience is preferred.
• Experience with buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models, including white bagging and site-of-care management.
• Strong relationship-building, planning, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
