Multifamily Data Quality Analyst (PropTech)

Location: Remote across most of the U.S.

hirify.global is a profitable, growth-stage PropTech company building AI and data SaaS products for multifamily housing, including a platform covering 40 million units with daily property and market intelligence.

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve data quality issues through hands-on analysis and root-cause identification.
• Maintain and execute data quality controls, review processes, internal standards, and standard operating procedures.
• Test automated and AI-assisted workflows to make data operations more efficient and scalable.
• Track and report data quality metrics, trends, risks, and operational health.
• Prioritize queue workflows and resolve high-impact issues efficiently.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to Product, Engineering, and other technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using automation and AI-assisted tools in daily workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and complete tasks.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI agents, automated workflows, or human-in-the-loop review systems.
• Familiarity with data collection and processing pipelines.
• Experience in multifamily housing, real estate, or PropTech.
