What you will do

• Own end-to-end creation of motion graphics and video content for social channels, from concepting and storyboarding to final delivery.
• Produce a high-volume stream of polished, on-brand GTM materials to support product launches.
• Bring ideas to life using 2D and 3D animation, including styleframes and animatics.
• Partner with Brand and Growth teams to translate campaigns into impactful social motion.
• Develop motion principles, systems, and templates to ensure consistent scaling across the team.
• Experiment with new tools and AI-assisted workflows to optimize creative production.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in motion graphics and animation with a core craft in video production.
• Strong portfolio of expressive social, campaign, and GTM content.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and comfort with Figma.
• Deep command of animation fundamentals, including timing, spacing, composition, and visual rhythm.
• Ability to iterate quickly and manage multiple deliverables in a high-output environment.

Nice to have

• Experience developing scalable motion principles, systems, or toolkits.
• Proficiency in 3D design, compositing, and post-production for various social platforms.
• Creative technologist instincts with experience in AI-assisted motion workflows.
• Graphic design fluency in layout, hierarchy, and typography.
