Senior Motion Designer

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; office-first organization. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.

Base salary: $75,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Create motion and visual design for digital ads, billboards, web, video, print, and social media.
• Extend visual concepts consistently across multiple mediums.
• Carry projects from concept through completion, including ideation, creation, and implementation.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams and present creative ideas.
• Apply feedback, take ownership of projects, and refine work to a high standard.

Requirements

• Related four-year degree and 4+ years of agency experience.
• Strong visual and motion design skills with a portfolio demonstrating cross-medium execution.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to take ownership while seeking guidance when needed.

Nice to have

• Video editing skills using Premiere Pro.
