Senior Operations Integration & TACSRT Support Lead (Space Operations)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado; hybrid eligible. Travel up to 25%, including domestic and international mission support.

Basic compensation: $135,000–$170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert in TACSRT, Space Domain Awareness, commercial space integration, and space operations.
• Support operational customers through analysis, visualization, reporting, briefings, mission execution, and operational assessments.
• Plan and execute military exercises, mission rehearsals, workshops, wargames, and experimentation events across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle.
• Integrate commercial space capabilities with Combatant Commands, Space Operations organizations, and mission partners.
• Translate operational needs into capability improvements, validate mission software, and support classified and unclassified deployments.
• Develop operator training, procedures, mission qualification materials, and operational documentation while mentoring junior personnel.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of military, government, intelligence, space operations, exercise support, or related operational experience.
• Experience with TACSRT, ISR, SDA, space operations, intelligence operations, or operational planning.
• Experience planning and executing major military exercises or mission rehearsals, with knowledge of Joint planning processes and JELC.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, briefing senior military and government leaders, and supporting operational software or mission applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and availability to travel for mission requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DRAGON Army, JCO, SPACECOM, USSF, or Combatant Command missions.
• Qualifications in TACSRT operations, Wide Area Vision systems, orbital analytics, or Space Event Analysis.
• Experience with commercial space integration, product ownership, exercise planning, modeling and simulation, or sim-over-live environments.
• Knowledge of Iron Stallion, Machina, Wide Area Vision, or similar Space Domain Awareness tools.
• Six Sigma, Lean Process Improvement, training development, or systems engineering experience.
