Production Operative (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Buckingham, United Kingdom; on-site production role

Salary: £27,500 per year plus shift allowance

What you will do

• Follow the daily production plan and prepare batches accurately according to SOPs.
• Handle raw materials safely while maintaining allergen control and preventing cross-contamination.
• Complete quality, traceability, health, and safety checks.
• Coordinate materials and equipment to support efficient production.
• Support new product launches, trials, audits, and visits with the R&D and wider production teams.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members and address non-conformances and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00.
• Commitment to food safety, health and safety regulations, quality standards, and accurate process execution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Engineering, Management, and R&D teams.
• Customer-focused, clear in communication, and willing to take responsibility for results and decisions.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
