Packaging Development Executive (Nutrition)

What you will do

• Source and deliver packaging solutions for new product development launches.
• Support the Packaging Development Manager in delivering the sustainability strategy across packaging formats.
• Work with brand, marketing, and influencer teams to monitor trends and develop an innovation pipeline for nutrition brands.
• Research localized trends in overseas markets to support global packaging innovation.
• Review post-launch feedback and deliver continuous packaging improvements.

Requirements

• Packaging diploma or a related degree in food technology or nutrition.
• Basic understanding of packaging and functionality requirements.
• Experience working in an FMCG environment.
• Interest in innovative packaging design.
• Clear and concise communication skills, ability to meet time-critical deadlines, and a collaborative approach.
