Corporate Security Engineer (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with required office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with additional in-office days possible for certain teams or positions.

What you will do

• Own and improve corporate security controls across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure.
• Harden Okta and Google Workspace with phishing-resistant MFA, SSO, SCIM lifecycle management, and least-privilege access.
• Operate endpoint security across a macOS-first fleet using MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
• Secure the use of AI tools, agents, and MCP integrations while detecting unauthorized access and data exfiltration.
• Automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration-drift detection, and audit evidence collection using Python and Terraform.
• Partner with Detection & Response on telemetry, audits, and incidents including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and business email compromise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate, enterprise, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
• Practical knowledge of Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace and SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
• Production-quality scripting in Python or Bash and experience shipping Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
• Knowledge of SaaS security risks, including OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM, and vendor integrations.
• Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure security configuration and the ability to collaborate across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.

• Experience at a fast-growing technology or AI company.
• Background in IT engineering, SRE, or production engineering transitioning into security engineering.
• Experience building internal security tooling or workflows that improve employee or developer experience.
• Open-source, blog, or conference contributions to the security community.
