AI Implementation Engineer (LLM)

Location: Fully remote, based in Germany

Salary: €60,000–€90,000 annually

What you will do

• Translate customer requirements into robust production implementations and serve as the technical bridge between product and deployments.
• Configure and roll out AI assistants, including workflows, logic, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.
• Build integrations with CRMs, calendars, ticketing systems, payment services, and other third-party platforms using APIs and webhooks.
• Develop features and glue code, including tests, monitoring, and logging.
• Debug live calls, flows, and data pipelines, and deploy rapid production fixes.
• Create reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and recommendations for product improvements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience capturing customer requirements and translating them into production implementation plans.
• Hands-on production experience with LLM-based applications, including prompting, tool use, RAG, evaluation, and failure modes.
• Experience building APIs, webhooks, and authentication integrations such as OAuth and API keys.
• Strong coding skills with solid testing, monitoring, logging, cloud deployment, and observability practices.
• German proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with a bias toward shipping and iteration.

Nice to have

• Experience with voice or telephony integrations and workflow automation tools.
• Experience with TypeScript, Python, SQL, GDPR, or data privacy.
