AI Developer (LLM Applications)

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end LLM-enabled applications, from backend architecture to user-facing components.
• Integrate commercial and open-source LLMs into production applications using APIs or fine-tuning.
• Build RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering strategies, and guardrails.
• Design evaluation pipelines to benchmark model performance and safety.
• Collaborate with client technology and business teams to develop AI use cases and select suitable technologies.
• Contribute to software architecture, test automation, debugging, and AI-enabled development practices.

Requirements

• Production experience with AI software development, including LLMs, backend, frontend, operations, and consulting.
• Experience deploying AI applications in Azure, AWS, or GCP with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Foundational DevOps knowledge, including continuous integration, automated deployment, and test automation.
• Knowledge of vector databases and databases such as PostgreSQL with pgvector, pgvectorscale, ChromaDB, or Pinecone.
• Understanding of transformer-based models, data privacy, GDPR, security, and ethical AI considerations.
• Fluent Finnish and English, written and verbal; comfort engaging with client stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or Node/TypeScript with LangChain, FastAPI, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with JVM-based languages.
