Fullstack Product Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany; in-person presence is required and remote work is not available.

Salary: €66,000–€120,000 gross annually

What you will do

• Build end-to-end product features across Next.js, Node.js, and database layers.
• Implement complete user interfaces, reusable components, and user flows.
• Collaborate with product leadership, design, and customers to gather feedback and iterate on features.
• Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and a strong user experience.
• Participate in regular Support Engineer rotations to assist customers and the customer support team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js skills across frontend and backend development.
• Experience delivering full-stack features from concept through production deployment.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered product features and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, and customer-facing stakeholders in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field, and clear professional communication skills.
