Visual Merchandiser (Retail)

What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising, styling, commercial curation, and global campaigns according to H&M brand standards.
• Maintain store layouts, customer flow, windows, fixtures, lighting, signage, displays, and point-of-sale materials.
• Monitor garment care, stock levels, sales reports, KPIs, and commercial opportunities to support sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Track fashion trends, competitors, brands, influencers, and styling techniques to improve product presentation.
• Coach, educate, onboard, and develop store colleagues in visual and commercial standards.
• Collaborate with Store Management, Area Visual Managers, Facilities Management, Sales Market, and Area teams on store operations and projects.

Requirements

• Interest in fashion, trends, styling, and commercial product presentation.
• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store environment.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage and follow up on selling equations and weekly sales reports.
• Curious, creative, proactive, solution-focused, flexible, and able to communicate effectively across functions.
• Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA.
