Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States. Candidates must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future work visa sponsorship.
Salary: $77,390.00–$127,139.75 per year

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end third-party lifecycle, including onboarding, risk assessment, monitoring, and offboarding.
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence across financial, operational, business continuity, information security, and compliance domains.
- Review, redline, and manage vendor contracts with Legal and Procurement, including audit rights, data protection, and service-level provisions.
- Monitor third-party performance, risk ratings, remediation activities, and program effectiveness.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations by maintaining documentation and compliance evidence.
- Advise business stakeholders on third-party risk practices and provide reporting on risk and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in vendor management, third-party risk management, procurement, compliance, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of third-party risk management frameworks and banking regulatory expectations, including OCC, FDIC, and FFIEC guidance.
- Experience with due diligence, risk assessment methodologies, and reviewing or redlining vendor contracts.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
