Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer (Microsoft Entra ID)

What you will do

• Own enterprise-wide identity and access management strategy and governance using Microsoft Entra ID as the central identity platform.
• Design SCIM provisioning and deprovisioning integrations and SAML/OIDC single sign-on for SaaS and cloud platforms.
• Map Palantir Foundry and Polarion roles and permissions to Entra ID security groups.
• Automate SaaS license assignment and revocation based on groups, roles, and department attributes.
• Manage AWS IAM roles, policies, identity federation, conditional access, MFA, and least-privilege controls.
• Conduct access reviews and audits, troubleshoot integrations, document architecture, and partner with application owners and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Identity and Access Management experience with deep Microsoft Entra ID expertise.
• Strong experience with SCIM/API provisioning, SSO integrations, SAML/OIDC, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on AWS IAM experience, including roles, policies, and federation between AWS and Entra ID.
• Experience with RBAC, least-privilege principles, access governance, license automation, and identity troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills for working with application owners and business stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Nice to have

• Palantir Foundry or Polarion administration and platform governance experience.
• Experience with Entra ID Governance, SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar tools.
• Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, AWS CLI, or AWS SDKs.
• SC-300 or AWS Certified Security – Specialty certification.
