Core Technician – Cell Therapy

What you will do

• Perform aseptic processing and cell culture manipulations for clinical and commercial cell therapy products.
• Operate cell processing and manufacturing equipment according to approved SOPs.
• Maintain contamination control and containment strategies in Grade A/B cleanrooms.
• Complete GMP documentation, review manufacturing batch records, and identify and communicate deviations.
• Support aseptic process simulations, deviation investigations, production schedules, and manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and other site functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a scientific or technical discipline is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with cell therapy technologies or related biopharmaceutical manufacturing in a cGMP environment.
• Working knowledge of aseptic processing principles, cleanroom operations, cGMP requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to follow SOPs, manufacturing instructions, and production schedules and complete GMP documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel; SAP and LIMS experience is desirable.
• Ability to perform routine aseptic gowning, stand for up to 6 hours, and lift up to 50 pounds.
