Senior Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Toronto, Ontario area, on client site, with travel as required. Canadian citizenship is required.

Salary: CAD 160,000–180,000 annual base salary; estimated total compensation of CAD 184,000–225,000 including annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own client and project success for Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementations from planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, resource plans, RAID logs, governance processes, and executive status reporting.
• Control scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks across complex, multi-workstream ERP programs.
• Direct functional and technical workstream leads and coordinate multinational teams across Canada, the United States, and global delivery centers.
• Incorporate AI-assisted implementation tools and Copilot capabilities into configuration, testing, data migration, and documentation workstreams.
• Lead client, vendor, partner, and Microsoft stakeholder relationships while mentoring project coordinators and junior consultants.

Requirements

• Canadian citizenship is required for the client engagement and TN visa-related travel to the United States.
• Ability to work on site in the Toronto, Ontario area and travel as required.
• 8 or more years of project management experience owning delivery success on Tier-1 ERP implementations.
• Experience delivering ERP projects in manufacturing environments and managing multinational, cross-time-zone teams.
• Knowledge of PMI, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management methodologies and governance practices.
• Strong executive presence, business acumen, communication skills, and experience presenting to steering committees and senior client leadership.

Nice to have

• Hands-on functional or technical experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with D365 manufacturing modules, automotive organizations, or systems integrators.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools or Copilot capabilities in ERP delivery.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Microsoft Dynamics certifications, or equivalent credentials.
