SEO & AI Visibility & Social Media Manager

Location: Canada; fully remote work environment

Salary: C$80,000–C$108,000 annually, plus a 10% target bonus

What you will do

• Own technical SEO and answer-engine optimization across site architecture, structured data, content, and performance.
• Run quarterly measurement of buyer questions across major AI assistants and improve the brand’s visibility in LLM-generated answers.
• Set keyword and topic strategy aligned with campaigns, products, and content priorities.
• Manage organic social channels, including strategy, publishing, community engagement, analytics, and growth.
• Connect the social calendar with demand-generation campaigns and flagship research launches, and evaluate a separate Bulldog Reporter social program.
• Turn conversational-AI content gaps into new content and measurable improvements in time on site, form fills, and MQLs.

Requirements

• Proven SEO and AEO expertise, including hands-on GEO work improving brand visibility in LLM-generated answers.
• Strong technical SEO skills covering site architecture, structured data, and performance fundamentals.
• B2B organic social media experience, especially on LinkedIn, with measurable follower and engagement growth.
• Fluency in web and social analytics, reporting, testing, and iterative optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with content, product marketing, and operations partners.
