Senior Level Cost Analyst

Location: On-site in Washington, District of Columbia, United States

Salary: $80,000–$130,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Conduct life-cycle cost estimates, program office budget analyses, contract proposal analyses, and other cost products.
• Perform monthly and quarterly analysis of cost-related Contract Data Requirements Lists submitted by industry partners.
• Provide analytical support for program controls, reporting, financial execution, and budgets.
• Coordinate results with other organizations and contractors and defend analytical conclusions.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in cost analysis or cost estimating.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, business, science, or a related field.
• At least 24 semester hours of quantitative coursework, including 3 hours of college-level calculus.
• Certification in cost estimating, such as DAWIA Level III/Advanced or ICEAA CCEA.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, cost-estimating software such as ACEIT or Crystal Ball, life-cycle cost estimates, risk and uncertainty analysis, model documentation, CSDR, WBS development, MIL-STD-881, proposal analysis, and CDRLs.
• DoD Secret Clearance required.
