Operations Support Representative (Fintech)

Location: On-site in West Valley City, Utah, United States; Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Process and verify daily check deposits, stop payments, check returns, payment reversals, and reapplications.
• Handle payment files, batch processing, transaction reconciliation, accounts payable checks, lockbox access, and mail processing.
• Monitor and process ACH debits and credits and wire transfers according to cutoff times.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, rejected transactions, and exceptions.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Dealer Receivables to resolve payment issues.
• Support system upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of ACH, wire transfer platforms, and lockbox systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial transaction platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure.
• Good communication, problem-solving, basic math, and data entry skills.
