Purchasing Specialist Call Center Agent (Automotive)

Location: Onsite in Laval, Quebec, Canada

Salary: CAD 22.10 per hour plus commission

What you will do

• Answer incoming calls from customers interested in selling used vehicles.
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized purchasing solutions.
• Explain the business model and vehicle recycling benefits.
• Negotiate and finalize vehicle purchases while meeting purchasing objectives.
• Follow up on pending customer requests related to vehicle sales and purchases.

Requirements

• Bilingual French and English communication skills required.
• At least one year of call center experience.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
