Technical Lead (AWS)

What you will do

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure for a multi-tenant SaaS platform using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Python.
• Design and build end-to-end deployment pipelines with GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, container image pipelines, artifact registries, integration environments, promotion gates, and automated rollback.
• Operate AWS services and architectures across compute, networking, storage, security, serverless, data, and observability.
• Embed DevSecOps practices, including image scanning, SAST/DAST, secrets management, least-privilege IAM, and compliance-as-code.
• Build monitoring, alerting, logging, incident response, and self-service infrastructure capabilities for engineering teams.
• Measure and improve delivery performance, reliability, deployment safety, and infrastructure cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong production AWS experience with services including EKS, ECS, EC2, VPC, IAM, KMS, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, and related infrastructure.
• Experience designing and building CI/CD pipeline infrastructure at scale with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Strong programming and automation skills in Python or Go; Bash alone is not sufficient.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, Git-based workflows, resilient cloud solutions, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments such as GxP, SOC 2, HIPAA, or FedRAMP.

Nice to have

• Databricks, lakehouse, data lake, ETL pipeline, or managed database infrastructure experience.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Azure, GCP, FinOps, policy-as-code, OPA/Rego, Sentinel, or AWS SCPs.
