What you will do

• Lead public relations and media relations programs that strengthen visibility and reputation.
• Develop press releases, corporate communications, executive messaging, social media content, and communication plans.
• Build relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.
• Create stories highlighting people, innovation, technology, and community impact.
• Partner with organizational leaders to maintain consistent external messaging.
• Track communications performance and improve reach, engagement, and reputation using analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or community relations.
• Direct experience working with media and managing journalist relationships.
• Experience with corporate, financial or materials, and executive communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, storytelling, judgment, and discretion.
• Experience managing social media content, external campaigns, and communications metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Experience with crisis communications and reputation management.
• Experience leading community engagement, corporate giving, or CSR programs.
• Experience advising senior leaders and translating complex technical topics into audience-focused narratives.
