Oracle Implementation Lead (Oracle Supply Chain)

Location: Dallas, Texas; on-site

Salary: $11,500–$170,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular employees.

What you will do

• Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation workstreams across Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Planning.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows with Oracle consultants, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Develop testing plans, execute user acceptance testing, train end users, and create implementation documentation.
• Manage Oracle user access, configurations, troubleshooting, reporting, dashboards, and analytics after go-live.
• Support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier coordination, and material planning.
• Improve system usage and supply chain processes using performance metrics and user feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain operations and hands-on participation in at least one ERP implementation.
• Oracle Cloud experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory management, and procurement.
• Ability to translate operational needs into system configurations and workflows.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical teams, executives, and frontline users.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and experience improving processes.
