Supply Chain Systems Lead (WMS/OMS)

Location: Hybrid in Elkton, Florida, United States; 15–25% travel required.

Salary: $87,000–$127,490 per year.

What you will do

• Lead WMS initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Implement and optimize WMS and OMS solutions for distribution operations.
• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and translate operational needs into functional specifications.
• Lead or support system configuration, SIT/UAT testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and labor tracking.
• Coordinate integrations with ERP, TMS, and other supply chain systems while mentoring system analysts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a distribution center as a warehouse supervisor or manager.
• Proven experience leading Tier 1 WMS projects from concept through execution.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, transportation, and third-party logistics.
• Experience with WMS configuration, testing, and writing functional specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on implementation experience with Manhattan Active WMS.
