Head of ETP, Finance & Supply Chain (Oracle)

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 USD annualized

What you will do

• Lead the Oracle Finance, Oracle Supply Chain, and Contract Lifecycle Management technology portfolios, including strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and operating plans.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Internal Audit, and Technology stakeholders to convert business needs into sustainable platform capabilities.
• Oversee Oracle Fusion enhancements, remediation, integrations, data quality, controls, production support, release management, and performance reporting.
• Define integration, data, analytics, and decision-intelligence strategies for core enterprise processes.
• Identify and scale AI and intelligent-automation opportunities across Finance, Supply Chain, and CLM workflows.
• Lead ERP transformation work streams for operating-model changes, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience managing enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain.
• Experience leading complex ERP transformations, enterprise integrations, data and analytics initiatives, controls and compliance programs, and multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to lead product, functional, technical, data, and delivery professionals and oversee implementation partners and vendors.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional accounting qualification.
• Contract Lifecycle Management experience.
• Experience applying AI, automation, or modern SaaS capabilities to enterprise operations.
• Experience with private equity, M&A, post-merger integration, divestiture, or carve-out transformations.
