Manager, GRC Technology, Metrics, and Automation (Cybersecurity)

Location: New York City, United States. Hybrid work requiring 2–3 days per week in an assigned hirify.global office; this role is not remote. Travel may be required for less than 20% of domestic and/or international business activities.

Annual base salary: $99,200–$165,400, plus a 12.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for Cyber GRC tooling in line with enterprise risk priorities, regulatory requirements, and operating model maturity.
• Govern Cyber GRC metrics, KPIs, and KRIs, ensuring they are standardized, risk-aligned, and useful for decision-making.
• Develop executive dashboards and scalable reporting solutions for senior leadership, risk committees, and governance forums.
• Identify and implement automation for workflows, approvals, notifications, evidence collection, and reporting.
• Partner with IT, platform, data and analytics, cybersecurity, privacy, quality, infrastructure, cloud, and internal audit teams.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections by ensuring metrics and system outputs are defensible and traceable.

Requirements

• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience, master’s degree with at least 2 years, PhD with 0+ years, associate’s degree with 8 years, or high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in information technology or cybersecurity.
• Strong experience with GRC platforms, reporting, workflow automation, metrics, and executive dashboards.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile, highly regulated, matrixed enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, PMP, or similar certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC, Archer, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience in large, complex, or regulated environments.
