Cybersecurity Program Analyst

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States. Hybrid schedule required, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Working hours target 9am–5pm EST.

Salary: $77,800–$117,000 annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Coordinate cybersecurity program and portfolio activities, including milestones, schedules, risks, and action items.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity metrics, dashboards, and reporting on program performance, regulatory commitments, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage operational processes, including initial quality reviews of ServiceNow requests and documentation completeness checks.
• Support cybersecurity governance, policy and standards management, audits, regulatory coordination, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
• Research and maintain information for cybersecurity risk management, including cyber travel risk ratings and related documentation.
• Identify improvements to cybersecurity processes, reporting, and workflows.

Requirements

• Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and effective in written and verbal communication.
• Interest in cybersecurity, governance, regulatory compliance, and project or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, business operations, governance, cybersecurity, compliance, or a related field.
• Ability to work the required hybrid schedule in Richmond, including in-office days Tuesday through Thursday during EST core business hours.
• This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting projects, programs, PMO functions, or operational initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices.
• CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification.
• Experience with Excel or Power BI.
