Senior Full Stack Web Developer (React/TypeScript)

Location: South Tampa, Florida — hybrid, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

Salary: $82,300–$220,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end features for mission-critical web applications.
• Contribute to system architecture and lead the architecture of software subsystems.
• Develop high-quality, test-driven software using React, TypeScript, and Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Analyze designs, develop software tests, and manage technical risks and mitigation strategies.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders, participate in demos and program reviews, and document technical deliverables.
• Review code, mentor less experienced engineers, and lead a small software development team.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in software engineering or a related field, including full-stack development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, a modern backend language, and REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with OAuth/OIDC authentication, Git, Jira or a similar tool, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Active Secret clearance is required or desired, with Top Secret preferred; selected applicants must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts.
• Cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading a small scrum team.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
