Pay range: $14–$18 per hour

What you will do

• Learn about the financial services industry, hirify.global, and internal audit.
• Research and collect information about business and IT functions.
• Analyze processes against company standards and objectives.
• Assist with audit work, documentation, special projects, and communication of results.
• Collaborate with staff and management across the organization to understand and improve processes.
• Support external auditors by gathering information about internal processes and participate in intern events and training.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in business, accounting, finance, management information systems, IT, data analytics, or another related business field.
• Ability to contribute to a team, gather information, organize it logically, and quickly learn how business and technology work.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, collaboration, and initiative.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with staff and management at different levels.
