Internal Audit Co-Op

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Support operational risk-based audits across manufacturing sites, shared services, supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, quality, compliance, finance, and other business processes.
• Assist with audit planning, process research, risk identification, documentation tracking, meeting preparation, and analysis of policies, procedures, and business data.
• Participate in process walkthroughs, interviews, and control testing.
• Prepare audit documentation, summarize testing results, identify potential control gaps, and help develop recommendations for operational improvement and risk reduction.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program is required.
• Interest in internal audit, risk management, business operations, finance, accounting, supply chain, data analytics, or manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for a full six-month co-op from January through June.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis, process mapping, or dashboards.
• Preferred majors include Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Expected graduation in December 2027 or later.
