• Review, organize, scan, and process incoming client tax documents.
• Assist with tax information intake, routing, and document tracking.
• Assemble client tax returns according to established procedures.
• Support e-filing and other final delivery steps.
• Help the team meet strict government deadlines and prepare informational tax documents when needed.
• Provide general operational support and complete additional tasks as requested.

• Working toward a bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
