• Review, organize, scan, and process incoming client tax documents.
• Assist with tax information intake, routing, and document tracking.
• Assemble client tax returns according to established procedures.
• Complete e-filing and other final delivery steps.
• Support the team in meeting government deadlines and handling general operational tasks.
• Prepare informational tax documents when needed.

• Work toward a bachelor's degree; accounting or finance is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
