Quality Management Systems (QMS) Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Apex, North Carolina, United States of America; onsite with approximately 25% domestic and international travel

Annual base pay: $95,500–$177,300 per year; additional compensation may include an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Own, maintain, and improve hirify.global Pool’s Quality Management System.
• Develop quality policies, manuals, procedures, standards, work instructions, and governance processes aligned with enterprise quality standards.
• Lead internal audit programs, monitor compliance, and report findings, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Manage CAPA, facilitate root cause analysis, verify corrective-action effectiveness, and drive sustainable closure.
• Develop quality KPIs, analyze audit, customer, warranty, and process data, and prepare management review presentations.
• Build quality awareness and training programs while influencing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, manufacturing, business, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment and 3+ years managing or administering QMS.
• Experience leading ISO 9001 implementation, certification, or maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, internal auditing, CAPA, document control, risk management, FMEA, SPC, APQP, and process management.
• Experience developing procedures, audit programs, quality governance systems, and corrective-action processes.
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools; experience with quality and document management software.
