Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Prediction Markets)

What you will do

• Conduct daily trade practice surveillance and support new customer onboarding.
• Prepare accurate and timely regulatory filings for the CFTC.
• Review and update exchange policies and procedures for compliance with the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate potential trade practice violations and support regulatory reporting.
• Monitor market participation, relevant news, and the economic performance of industries underlying exchange contracts.
• Provide rotating coverage during live market hours to maintain continuous surveillance.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in market regulation or compliance within a DCM, exchange, broker-dealer, or regulatory oversight body.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability when handling sensitive or time-critical data.
• Flexibility to support rotating shifts during live market coverage windows.
• Interest in prediction markets, sports trading, or financial markets.
• A gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.
